Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Srixon Z565 Irons are designed to offer a blend of forgiveness, distance, and playability, making them suitable for a wide range of golfers. These irons feature a multi-material construction with a forged 1020 carbon steel body and a high-strength steel face, which provides a soft feel and enhanced performance.
The Z565 Irons incorporate Srixon’s “Tour V.T. Sole” technology, which includes a unique sole design that improves turf interaction and helps reduce drag. This feature ensures smooth contact from various lies, promoting better consistency and cleaner strikes. The irons also feature a deep cavity and a larger clubhead profile, which contribute to their forgiving nature and higher launch characteristics.
The design includes a slightly thicker topline and perimeter weighting, which enhance forgiveness and increase the moment of inertia (MOI), making it easier to achieve accurate shots even on off-center hits. Overall, the Srixon Z565 Irons are ideal for mid-to-high handicap golfers looking for a forgiving, distance-enhancing iron set that combines advanced technology with a classic design to improve their performance on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
