Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our standard 60-day returns policy: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange - but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. These clubs are pre-owned and are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Built to be trusted. Every improvement to the TSR2 Hybrid – from the extended blade length to the deeper CG to the refined sole shape – is designed to make it an even more forgiving, faster feeling, long-distance performer ready to come through in the clutch. As with the TSR2 driver and fairway wood, the TSR2 hybrid is a classic shape with a slightly higher trajectory than the TSR3. Titleist states that it’s engineered for “speed and performance” and is better suited for golfers with a shallow angle of attack.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
