The Phantom 9 has been entirely reimagined to offer a new configuration in alignment, forgiveness, and feel. At address, two prominent sight lines, precision milled from the leading edge to the back, guide you visually for a confident setup that is not only aesthetically pleasing but highly functional.
The innovative "ring-weighted" shape, characterised by a reconfigured angular wing format, combines heavy, precision milled 303 stainless steel with a lightweight 6061 aluminium flange. This strategic weight distribution enhances balance and significantly increases the moment of inertia (MOI).
This near-face balanced mallet showcases a distinctive, aerospace-inspired profile that includes stainless steel sole weights to optimise centre of gravity (CG). A single mid-bend shaft is designed to minimise toe flow, complemented by an elegant, misted finish that reduces glare while enhancing visual appeal. The newly developed proprietary Full Contact grip adds larger, more comfortable grip profiles to the mix, simplifying setup for boosted confidence with every putt.
DUAL LINE ALIGNMENT
The unbroken, elongated sight lines, precisely milled from the leading edge of the putter face to the rear, provide a straightforward visual path for assured alignment.
MID-BEND SHAFT TECHNOLOGY
The advanced stepless steel shaft is engineered to reduce face rotation during the putting stroke. This design features a single “mid” bend that directs the shaft straight along the target line.
FULL CONTACT GRIP
Each Phantom model boasts the custom-designed Full Contact paddle-style grip. Tapered at both ends and shaped for optimal in-hand comfort, this grip is crafted in the perfect size, weight, and form, featuring a “chain link” texture reminiscent of the Tour-preferred “Baby T”. This ensures reliable contact with the putter in various weather conditions. The broader flat surface of the paddle enhances the player's awareness of face angle at address, facilitating easier alignment with the ball.
