SPIDER STABILITY

Crafted with a high-density 303 stainless steel front, complemented by a low-density 6061 aerospace aluminium back, the Spider ZT creates an exceptional high-MOI foundation. The exact centre of gravity (CG) placement, along with extreme perimeter weighting, significantly contributes to the MOI and stability, enabling you to maintain stroke repetition while enhancing overall steadiness.

LOW TORQUE DESIGN

The KBS shaft is precisely bored in alignment with the CG at a 1° shaft lean, featuring a 25mm onset behind the leading edge. This deliberate configuration results in a toe-up orientation that reinforces stability throughout your stroke. Additionally, the SuperStroke 1.0 Pistol grip is strategically positioned to promote forward shaft lean, minimising loft at impact.

IMPROVED SOLE CAMBER

TaylorMade engineers have developed the Spider ZT with a refined cambered sole that caters to a diverse range of player types. The sole’s curvature, in conjunction with the toe-ward hosel design, enhances alignment and ensures the putter is adequately flat against the ground, allowing for precise aim of the face at address.

PREMIUM MILLED TRUE PATH™ ALIGNMENT

True Path™ Alignment has been a hallmark of the Spider series since its inception, but it has been revitalised in the Spider ZT. Thinly milled lines, matching the width of a golf ball, decorate the top of the 303 stainless steel face. This feature aids in accurately centering the putter behind the ball at address each time.

PURE ROLL™ INSERT

Constructed from a blend of Surlyn and aluminium, the Pure Roll™ insert features grooves angled at 45° to promote forward roll whilst also enhancing sound and feel during play.
