3D PRINTED STEEL CONSTRUCTION

Every single iron in this collection is fully formed through 3D printing using 316 stainless steel. This manufacturing method presents significant advantages over traditional casting and forging approaches, granting greater design freedom and enhanced performance.


FORGIVING PLAYERS BLADE SHAPE

The capabilities of 3D printing have enabled COBRA engineers to design a compact blade shape that retains the performance characteristics of a game improvement iron. With a higher Moment of Inertia (MOI) for stability and a lower Centre of Gravity (CG) for elevated launch, this design satisfies the aesthetic and tactile preferences of better golfers.


INTERNAL LATTICE STRUCTURE

Employing advanced topology optimisation software from nTop, COBRA has integrated an internal lattice structure that redistributes 33% of the total club weight, achieving the highest possible MOI in a compact blade profile.


EXTREME FORGIVENESS MEETS SOFT FEEL

The 3D printed internal lattice structure not only ensures weight savings but also imparts the stiffness and strength necessary to support the clubface. Furthermore, this design fine-tunes the acoustics of each iron, delivering the most pleasant impact sound and feel.


TUNGSTEN WEIGHTING

The additional weight savings have allowed for the strategic positioning of up to 100g of tungsten in the heel and toe, resulting in the perfect fusion of a compact blade shape with a low CG and high MOI, akin to that of a game improvement iron.
