Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our standard 60-day returns policy: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange - but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. These clubs are pre-owned and are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Struggling with difficult long irons? The Adams Idea hybrid offers a highly forgiving solution, drawing on Adams' legacy as the #1 hybrid manufacturer on Tour. This 2014 model features a thin face with strategic slots in the crown and sole, allowing for increased face flex at impact. This translates to greater forgiveness, faster ball speeds, and ultimately, longer, more consistent distance. Additionally, the club boasts a low center of gravity (CG), promoting a higher launch angle and ball flight to help you escape tricky situations on the course with ease.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
