Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our standard 60-day returns policy: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange - but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. These clubs are pre-owned and are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Cobra Golf’s Fly-Z XL Hybrid is designed and engineered to be an easy hitting and forgiving hybrid just like its driver and fairway wood counterparts. It was introduced late in the 2014 season, but it is intended to be part of the full line of releases in 2015 from Cobra Golf. It features an offset design to combat a players slice (left to right ball motion for the right handed golfer) and also offers an increase in back weighting, that will increase the Center of Gravity for a higher launching shot. A new feature introduced into all of the Cobra golf metal woods, is the Speed Channel Face, which is similar to other compression channels in regards to its ability to allow the face to flex. This innovation increases forgiveness and ball speed no matter where you strike the ball.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
