Under Armour Mens HOVR Drive 2 SL E Golf Shoes

I was a bit disappointed with the shoes. I had bought a different “model” of UA shoes a few months ago in standard width which, whilst fairly comfortable, could benefit from being wider. So these looked to be a good option. Frankly the wide fit in these, compared to my other pair is difficult to detect. I also didn’t like the heel which felt raised so that I felt that my heel would slip out. I think that this was a perception on my part rather than a likelihood. I returned the shoes and was refunded very promptly. Based on my other shoes I have no doubt that grip/traction will be good and the uppers will clean easily. So, if they fit then I have no problem in recommending them.

A very comfortable shoe that can be used in all conditions. Feet stay dry in the wet. The soles also grip well on wet grass on steep slopes.

Great shoes. Upgraded from an old pair of Adidas and definitely don’t regret it. A few things to note: - there is a pad on the outside of the underfoot to give some extra support when transferring weight. This could put some folks off but does provide additional stability when swinging. You do get used to it very quickly, - personally I always upgrade the laces on all my shoes to lock laces. Makes them easier to slip and and provides a good snug fit with some wiggle room when playing, - traction has been great so far but haven’t played with them in wet conditions, - the wide fit is welcome. I have very wide feet and generally wear barefoot shoes day to day. These are wide enough to accommodate my foot which is wide (I’m also a size 14). I would probably be slightly better off in a 13.5 but that doesn’t exist. All in all these are good shoes. I am thinking of purchasing a second pair to rotate them.

The Shoes were delivered very quickly and looked great, unfortunately they were a bit tight so I returned them for a larger size. Unfortunately Royal Mail didn’t deliver them to GolfOnline and as I didn’t have a Tracking number I have no Shoes to comment on. THIS WAS NOT GOLFONLINES PROBLEM, THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD AND WERE VERY HELPFUL.
