• The Duca 30-Day Promise states that if you are not completely satisfied with your Duca footwear purchase, you can simply return your footwear to the original place of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund.
• Returns/exchanges must be within the maximum period of 30 days after purchase and must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt.
• Please note that your receipt must clearly state ‘Duca del Cosma footwear’ or the style name being returned.
• When returning your Duca footwear to GolfOnline please mention the Duca 30-Day Promise and include your original purchase receipt from GolfOnline.
• You will be asked to complete/sign a simple form which will allow Duca to make future product improvements.
• You will then receive your exchange or refund in GolfOnline Credit/Voucher.
• Returns postage is payable by customer and non-refundable. Duca del Cosma and GolfOnline will not refund any postage costs incurred under the Duca 30-Day Promise Promotion.
• This promotion is only available for participating consumers from the UK and Ireland.
