EASILOCK Compatible
The exclusive EASILOCK® system is available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, allowing you to securely attach your bag to the trolley without needing a lower bag support strap. With alignment holes on the trolley’s lower bag support and removable pins on the base of the bag, golfers can fasten their bags more efficiently than ever before.
Warranty Information
Please note that customers purchasing this trolley outside the UK & Ireland will not be covered by warranty in their respective countries. In such cases, the trolley must be returned to us in the UK for repairs and services at the customer's expense.
Since this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will include a UK charger lead. If you plan to use the trolley in Europe, a suitable travel adaptor will be necessary for charging the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty only covers purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for this warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please retain proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
The trolley and charger are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. However, any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or commercial use, as detailed in the manual, is not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate five-year full warranty. To activate this warranty, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If the battery is not registered, the warranty period will reduce to two years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical constraints, we cannot collect lithium batteries. If there is an issue with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. Use this link to find the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect any faulty battery, and the issue must be resolved locally without warranty coverage as per the stated restrictions.
