Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT receive warranty coverage in their respective countries. Any repairs will need to be performed at our UK facility at the customer's expense.
As this trolley is available from a UK retailer, it is supplied with a UK charger lead. If you plan to use it in Europe, you will require the proper adapter (for example, a travel adapter) to charge the battery.
Warranty Information for Purchases in the UK and Ireland
The manufacturer’s warranty is only applicable for purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To be eligible for the warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase, as it is required.
The trolley and charger come with a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects during normal use. Any damage incurred from accidents, misuse, or commercial use as outlined in the manual is not included.
Additionally, Motocaddy Lithium batteries carry a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To benefit from the full five-year period, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If not registered, the warranty period will be reduced to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical constraints, we cannot collect lithium batteries. If there is an issue with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre for evaluation. Use the following link to find a Motocaddy Service Centre.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to resolve any issues locally, and these will not be covered under warranty due to the stated restrictions.
