Odyssey has Redefined Zero Torque Forward and Heel-Ward

The innovative Odyssey S2S TRI-HOT SB putters transform the concept of "Zero Torque," enhancing both appearance and performance. With a multi-material construction approach, the centre of gravity has been positioned forward, allowing the shaft to seamlessly enter the head at the topline. This design achieves a naturally square setup, eliminating shaft lean and overcoming a significant obstacle to the adoption of zero-torque configurations.

The SB (Single Bend) configuration strategically positions the shaft toward the heel, offering a more familiar look during setup while fully maintaining the advantages of zero-torque performance. This results in a zero-torque putter that beautifully aligns without a centre-shafted design, ensuring a clear and unobstructed sightline for intuitive setup.

Zero Shaft Lean with Heel-Ward Hosel Position

By advancing the centre of gravity, we have positioned the hosel spud directly on the topline, bringing it closer to the face than traditional zero-torque putters. This thoughtful design fosters a more intuitive and comfortable alignment.

The SB (Single Bend) shaft effectively shifts the hosel towards the heel, providing a classic appearance while preserving an unobstructed view of the sightline, all whilst retaining zero torque performance.

Multi-Material Construction

Through the clever use of Aluminium, Steel, and over 140 grams of tungsten, we have crafted a “Zero Torque” putter, placing more than 80% of its weight under the topline. This allows for optimal positioning of the centre of gravity and hosel.

Designed using cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, the dual-layer urethane insert features a soft outer layer and a firm inner layer. This unique composition delivers consistent ball speed across the face, providing an improved forward roll and exceptional feel.

New F.R.D. Groove Design
