Odyssey Introduces the Revolutionary Zero Torque Forward and Heel-Ward Design

The brand new Odyssey S2S TRI-HOT SB putters redefine the perception of “Zero Torque” technology. Employing advanced multi-material construction, we have positioned the centre of gravity forward, allowing the shaft to seamlessly enter the head at the topline. This innovation fosters a naturally square setup, eradicating one of the primary obstacles to the adoption of zero-torque designs.

The SB (Single Bend) configuration positions the shaft nearer to the heel, offering a more familiar look at address while fully preserving the outstanding zero-torque performance. The outcome is a zero-torque putter in a non-centre-shafted design that enables clean, unobstructed alignment and an intuitive setup process.

Zero Shaft Lean with Heel-Ward Hosel Position

By advancing the centre of gravity forward, we have successfully positioned the hosel spud directly on the topline, situated closer to the face than most standard zero-torque putters. This advancement results in a more intuitive and comfortable setup for the golfer.

The SB (Single Bend) shaft relocates the hosel toward the heel, offering a traditional aesthetic and allowing for an unobstructed view of the sightline, all while retaining the benefits of zero torque performance.

Multi-Material Construction

Through the strategic utilisation of Aluminium, Steel, and over 140 grams of tungsten, we have crafted a “Zero Torque” putter featuring more than 80% of its weight situated beneath the topline. This innovative design accommodates our forward centre of gravity and hosel positioning.

Ai-DUAL Insert

Created using Artificial Intelligence, this dual-layer urethane insert incorporates a soft outer layer and a firm inner layer, providing consistent ball speed across the entire face, enhanced forward roll both up and down the face, and an exceptional feel.

New F.R.D. Groove Design

This newly engineered Forward Roll Design groove features a deeper and more aggressive profile with a 19° slope. It works synergistically with the dual-layer insert to significantly improve forward roll throughout the face.

New Pistol Plus Grip

Following extensive surveys of popular grips utilised on Tours worldwide, we identified consistent features and opportunities for improvement. The result is a mid-sized pistol grip with sharp edges, allowing for comfortable positioning in your hands and heightened awareness of the putter face throughout your stroke.

Black SL 120 Shaft

This black PVD shaft, designed based on feedback from Tour players, is both heavier and stiffer compared to our SL 90 shaft, making it ideally suited for this particular putter style.
