Introducing the Odyssey S2S TRI-HOT SB Putters: Redefining Zero Torque Technology

The latest innovation in the Odyssey S2S TRI-HOT SB putters sets a new standard for what "Zero Torque" should feel like. Utilizing a multi-material construction approach, the centre of gravity has been moved forward, allowing the shaft to seamlessly enter the head along the topline. This development fosters a naturally square setup, alleviating one of the primary challenges of adopting zero-torque designs.

The SB (Single Bend) configuration shifts the shaft towards the heel, providing a more familiar appearance at address while fully retaining the zero-torque performance. Consequently, this results in a non-centre-shafted putter that boasts an unobstructed alignment and an intuitive setup.

Zero Shaft Lean with Heel-Ward Hosel Position

By advancing the centre of gravity, the hosel spud is now positioned directly on the topline and closer to the face compared to typical zero-torque putters. This adjustment results in a more instinctive and comfortable setup.

The SB (Single Bend) shaft shifts the hosel towards the heel, ensuring a traditional look while providing a clear view of the sightline, all while maintaining zero torque performance.

Through the thoughtful combination of Aluminium, Steel, and over 140 grams of tungsten, we have crafted a "Zero Torque" putter that positions more than 80% of its weight beneath the topline, thereby facilitating our innovative forward centre of gravity and hosel positioning.

Crafted with the use of Artificial Intelligence, this dual-layer urethane insert features a soft outer layer and a firmer inner layer, which not only ensures consistent ball speed across the face but also promotes improved forward roll up and down the face, coupled with an exceptional feel.

The newly designed Forward Roll Design groove features a deeper and more aggressive configuration with a 19° slope, working in tandem with the dual-layer insert to enhance forward roll up and down the face.
