Odyssey has moved Zero Torque Forward.

Odyssey's latest range of S2S TRI-HOT putters represents a significant breakthrough in the "Zero Torque" category. By utilising advanced multi-material construction, we have successfully shifted the centre of gravity (CG) of these putters further forward. This innovative design allows the shaft to enter the head on the topline, eliminating the requirement for shaft lean and addressing one of the primary challenges for players using this style of putter.

Forward CG and Hosel Position

With the centre of gravity moved forward, we have positioned the hosel spud on the topline, placing it much nearer to the face compared to conventional "Zero Torque" putters. This adjustment fosters a more intuitive and comfortable setup for the player.

Multi-Material Construction

Utilising a combination of Aluminium, Steel, and over 140 grams of tungsten, we have crafted a "Zero Torque" putter that boasts over 80% of its weight located beneath the topline. This design facilitates our forward centre of gravity and hosel placement.

Ai-DUAL Insert

Developed with the support of Artificial Intelligence, this dual-layer urethane insert features a soft outer layer and a firmer inner layer. This combination ensures consistent ball speed across the face while also improving forward roll and providing exceptional feel during play.

New FRD Groove

The new Forward Roll Design Groove is both deeper and more aggressive, featuring a 19° slope. This design works seamlessly with the dual-layer insert to enhance forward roll up and down the face, thereby improving overall performance.

New Pistol Plus Grip

After surveying the most commonly used grips on Tours globally, we identified key similarities and areas for improvement. The culmination of this research is a mid-sized pistol grip with sharp edges that fit comfortably in your hands, providing heightened awareness of the putter face throughout your stroke.

Black SL 120 Shaft

Developed with input from tour professionals, this new black PVD shaft is heavier and stiffer than our SL 90, making it an excellent fit for this style of putter.
