EASILOCK Compatible
This trolley is fully compatible with the EASILOCK® system, available across all Motocaddy trolleys and bags. This innovative feature secures the bag onto the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. The two holes on the trolley’s lower support align perfectly with two removable pins on the bag base, offering golfers an effortlessly secure and rapid attachment process.

Warranty Information
Please note that customers purchasing this trolley outside the UK & Ireland will not receive warranty coverage in their respective countries. They will need to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and servicing at their cost.
Additionally, as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it includes a UK charger lead. If you plan to use it in Europe, ensure you have the appropriate travel adaptor for charging the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty is exclusive to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online within 45 days of purchase using the relevant Warranty Registration form. Keep your proof of purchase as it will be necessary for the warranty process.
The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects under normal usage. Breakages resulting from accidental damage, misuse, or commercial use, as stipulated in the manual, are not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries are eligible for a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To ensure this warranty applies, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If unregistered, the warranty period defaults to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to collect lithium batteries. In case of any issues, the battery should be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. Access the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator for assistance.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we cannot collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to address battery issues locally, and such problems will not be covered under warranty due to the aforementioned restrictions.
