Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be eligible for warranty coverage in their respective countries. They will need to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and servicing at their own expense.
Please also note that as the trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will come with a UK Charger lead. If you wish to use the trolley in Europe, you must have the appropriate Adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty is applicable only for purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for warranty coverage, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the appropriate Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase for reference.
The trolley and charger are protected by a 24-month warranty from the purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by accidental mishaps or due to abuse or misuse (as specified in the relevant manual) or commercial usage is not included.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 3-Year Full Warranty. For the full warranty to be valid, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. Failure to register the battery will result in a 1-year warranty period.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical limitations, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. Should you encounter issues with your lithium battery, it should be returned to your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre for examination. Use the following link to access the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we cannot collect any faulty batteries. Customers will need to address issues locally, and warranty coverage will not apply due to the previously mentioned restrictions.
