The new RocketBallz Stage 2 TP driver offers adjustable lofts for on course customisation and a bigger face with better aerodynamics for even more distance, made for players looking for a tour performance.
What could be better than the runaway success of the RBZ Well, TaylorMade will tell you it's the RBZ Stage 2 TP Driver, promising even more distance than the original and made for better players looking for a tour performance. The question is… how?
12 upright loft options thanks to Loft Sleeve technology.
You can opt for 7 standard and 5 upright loft options with the choice to adjust 1.5 in each direction. So, choose from:
- 9.5 (with an 8 on the low end, 11 on the high end)
- 10.5 (with a 9 on the low end, 13 on the high end)
- HL 13 (with a 11.5 on the low end, 14.5 on the high end)
Line it up, launch it high, lower the spin
The RBZ 2 has one of the most pleasing alignment designs we've seen. From the white crown (non-glare as standard for sunny days), through to the black clubface, this club reaches high and fast with a centre point of gravity more forward than the 2012 model. The Thick-thin crown will also help with low spin, on any part of the 4,100 square millimetre clubface.
Inside Out, Outside In!
TaylorMade have gone as far as milling the inside of the club face, Yes the bit you don't ever see, to create an even greater effectiveness on the sweet spot. They call it Inverted Cone Technology. We call it smart thinking, especially when combined with the seven face angle options and reduced drag.
A totally satisfying swing, top to bottom.
Starting with the Ultra-light Fujikura RocketFuel 50 graphite shaft, weighing in at just 50 grams, right through to the drag reduction over the head thanks to improved aerodynamics, all your power heads into the swing fully optimised.
Crown Design Technology
TaylorMade have redesigned the crown graphic of the RBZ to help players square the ball accurately at address using a triangular focused design. Normal face crowns act as an illusion showing the driver being square when infact the face is open, leading to an unwanted fade or slice shot.
