The JPX 919 Forged has been created to push the boundaries of a forged iron and give you the ultimate blend of precision, distance and forgiveness.
Mizuno have crafted this stunning midsize head from a one-piece Grain Flow forged iron that has been produced from a stronger Boron infused steel billet.
The way the JPX 919 iron head is constructed it delivers incredible ball speeds whilst providing the most incredible feel off the face. #NothingFeelsLikeAMizuno
A milled pocket in the cavity and a new thinner face increase ball speeds across the entire face to achieve incredible levels of distance and accuracy control. Mizuno have moved the weight further back in the head and used modern lofts on the JPX 919 irons to provide a higher ball flight that will land softer and allow you to attack pins with precision.
The JPX 919 has been fitted with the premium Dynamic Gold 105 as standard. The shaft profile of the Dynamic Gold 105 is lightweight with tour level performance with its mid-spin, mid-launch characteristics.
FORGED FEEDBACK WITH PERFORMANCE BALL SPEEDS
The reverse milled JPX919 Forged is Mizuno’s fastest ever forging in measured ball speed. With trademark workability and elevated feedback, the Forged is Mizuno’s most versatile iron. In the hands of a tour player searching a distance equalizer or an amateur wanting to evolve their game - the 919 Forged delivers on every level.
A SMALL ADDITION OF BORON MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE
Just a trace of Boron makes our steel billet 30% stronger, allowing greater design possibilities in a forged head.
High Density forging concentrates the grain in our steel more tightly, for incredible, precise Mizuno feedback.
Balanced Performance
The ultimate blend of ball speed, stability and feedback within a more refined playing profile.
Pearl Brush
Chrome plating with a new more durable pearl finish to soften the 919s precise lines in high sunlight.
