The Mizuno JPX 900 Forged Irons are the second generation of boron forged irons that will still provide a very classic Mizuno soft feel but with thin, strong face for incredible distance gains.
As part of the JPX family the 900 Forged are aimed at golfers looking for a crossover of distance and height with workability and shot making precision.
A midsize profile on the 4-7 provides a higher, more forgiving ball flight and the shorter 8-PW are more compact with a premium set on control and precision. The milled pocket technology works in unison with the pocket cavity to increase energy transfer across the whole face for extra distance on off centre strikes.
To further aid the stability of the head at impact the pocket cavity has allowed Mizuno to reposition the weight to create a high MOI.
For incredible control and enhanced feedback Mizuno have fitted the JPX 900 Forged irons with the brilliant new Project X LZ shaft and then fitted the very premium and popular Multi Compound grips.
