Gripmore works like this. adidas believe that traditional soft spikes cleats have changed over the past decade so have reinvented the soft spike cleat. The Gripmore cleats are injected rather than screwed into the outsole of the shoe so they are effectively a spikeless shoe but with unbelievable traction.
Gripmore has 243 points of contact with the ground so you will have a sound stable base to build your swing from and produce the kind of all year round traction that you need.
