Face Slot technology is used in the long to mid irons (3-8) and are located on the heel and the toe of the club.
TaylorMade have stuck with their Speed Pocket technology in the long to mid irons (3-7), it has been improved and now features ThruShot technology, the combination of Speed Pocket and ThruShot give you an increase launch angle and better ball speeds on all kinds of contacts.

By combining the new Face Slot, Speed Pocket and ThruShot technologies as well as the RSi 1 Steel Iron having TaylorMades thinnest ever face, a deep undercut cavity and Inverted Cone Technology this iron is the perfect game improver iron.
