Basically, it is a trolley that does what a trolley does. However, there are three potential problems for users:
1. Adjustment when first opening may not be correct, makng it far too stiff and not opening as easily as the video would have you believe. This is particularly worrying as it can apparently affect the weak point of the trolley if forced and you don't expect a new trolley to need adjusting!
2. Despite the claim of fitting every bag, some will be too short meaning that the top bungee will pass around the top of the bag at an angle, slipping off unless held in place by some method (usually passing through the bag handle). You can see this is Stewart Golf's own video, at 42 seconds.
Ideally, the brackets should have some adjustment for the distance apart to allow for this.
3. The bag for transport (an extra) is completely impractical, unless the weather is fine and the ground clear. It uses an elasticated top which makes puting it on a severe struggle in the best conditions. To do it in the pouring rain when the buggy is wet and dirty (just when you need it most!) would be nigh-on impossible without getting filthy. Sense would dictate it uses a draw string, rather than elastic.
As to general observations, none of these 3 wheeler trolleys are as light and compact as the makers would have you believe and this is no different, although better than most.
The valuables/tee/ball/card holder is okay, but too small for anything other than tees and pencils. However, the bag is there anyway for larger things!
My conclusion that this is a decent enough trolley (if the bag fits), but given the price I would expect better quality control and a little more thought given to the bag retention before making claims about fitting all. When raising these points with the manufacturer, I received appalling service.
Consequently, I would not recommend this product.
Also worth noting if people are concerned about such, they are made in China, not the UK.
