The weather reports suggest the sun is going to continue to shine this weekend, transforming the East Lothian course into a challenging, fierce and fast playing field. Conditions that are sure to delight some of the top players like

Tiger Woods.
“It's a way a links course should be played,” said McIlroy.
Regarded by some as one of the finest links courses in the world, Muirfield is looking up to the task of challenging the world’s best golfers.
“It's playing really fast out there,” Woods told a press conference earlier in the week. “The golf course is set up perfectly. I'm looking forward to a fantastic championship at one of the best venues.”
