The British Masters & Top Golfers are Gearing Up for Woburn
With the British Masters set to return after a 7-year hiatus next week, players and fans are getting excited for the incredible action sure to go down at Woburn Golf Club.

Boasting an impressive field that includes major winners and Ryder Cup legends, the British Masters is back and looking to inspire the next generation of great British golfers.  Helping to drive the cause is this year’s tournament host, Ian Poulter.

The Titleist player is back to his home course and very vocal about the future of an event he holds in deep regard.

“It’s just such a great venue to hold this great tournament and I’m absolutely proud and honoured to be able to host this tournament,” Poulter told SkySports earlier this year.  Adding, “The UK has been starved of some fantastic golf venues and fantastic tournaments through the years, so it’s great that we’ve got this one back.”

The “Best of British” theme runs deep for the event with Poulter being joined at Woburn by Lee Westwood, Justin Rose and Luke Donald.  Adding to the excitement Poulter has also released a series of “masterclasses” shot at the golf club to further inspire amateur golfers.

The two videos below take on the perfect driver swing as well as the best way to hole out from 5 or 6-feet.  The series, entitled “Practice with Poulter” gives you first-hand tips from one of today’s most recognizable pros.  And hopefully will help you achieve lower scores and more confidence on the course!
