Warranty Information:
The manufacturer's warranty is applicable only for purchases made within the UK and Ireland. Customers who acquire this trolley from outside these areas will not be covered for warranty in their country and must return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and services at their own cost.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, which includes manufacturing defects during normal use. Any damage resulting from accidental harm or misuse (as defined in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not included. PowaKaddy batteries carry a separate warranty (12 months for lead acid / 60 months for lithium) and can be registered using the "Battery Warranty Card" or through our online warranty registration form.
