Warranty Information:
The manufacturer's warranty applies to purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. Customers who buy this trolley outside these regions will not be covered for warranty in their country and will need to return the trolley to the UK for repairs at their own cost.
The trolley and charger are protected by a 24-month warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects from normal use. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or commercial use is not included. PowaKaddy batteries have separate warranty terms (12 months for lead acid and 60 months for lithium), which can be registered using the "Battery Warranty Card" or our online registration form.
