Mark doesn't think the different settings makes a massive amounts of different to a Driver, but it will change the effective sweet spot.
They do this with weights, the lie angles and the club face set up. The R&A make sure that the game isn't taken away by making really easy to use clubs, so the manufactures can only do so much to the clubs.
