Important information regarding Covid-19

Dear Loyal Customers,

In light of recent events surrounding the Coronavirus, we wanted to share with you where we stand and how we are currently operating. At present, GolfOnline is open for business ONLY via our website. We are committed to serving you as normal whilst it's possible and safe to do so. We are constantly updating ourselves on the government’s advice and guidance and if the company’s situation changes, you will be the first to know.

We are no longer operating our offices and therefore our phone lines are no longer possible to answer. However we are available via email or through our contact form. We will do our level best to answer everyone as soon as possible. Understandably there are likely to be delays in the coming days and weeks for orders to be received from our suppliers and shipped back to you, so we like to thank you in advance for your kind patience and understanding in this period.

We would also like you to know that we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff during this time. The GolfOnline Team is dedicated to serving you and will continue to do so as long as it’s possible.

Our website and warehouse are operating as normal. As always, our teams are handling the picking and packing of your goods with the utmost care and attention, while continuing to work in accordance with strict health and safety guidelines. At the present time, all of our courier services are running as normal, so online orders should not be affected. If this changes in the future, or we begin to experience any delays, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

We are extending our return cooling off period to 60 days from date of first delivery attempt. This applies to all non-customised items purchased from 1st March 2020. Please visit our returns sections for more information.

Please be aware that Manufacturer/Suppliers facilities are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic therefore lead time delays are to be expected for the items which are not in stock and custom or logo products. During this current time, we are unable to confirm the lead times on all custom orders until facilities reopen following government guidelines.

*Update - On Monday, 23rd March 2020, England Golf released a statement on their website announcing all golf clubs, courses and facilities must now close, due to the Coronavirus pandemic.*

“Keeping golf courses open is simply no longer compatible with the updated policy of government which is designed to save lives in a time of national emergency.” - England Golf

Note: If you are thinking about getting out on the course, it is important to take precautions and also check Government and NHS guidelines before heading out.
