Delivery Update

At present we are seeing a huge surge in orders as golf courses around the country have opened. In order for us to continue offering our services safely and securely, we have had to adjust some of our shipping rates and delivery times temporarily.  Please note that we can only dispatch on Working/Business days (and not on weekends and Bank Holidays). 

In all cases we will endeavour to deliver your order within the date specified during checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these unprecedented times.

Office Operational Times (including Click & Collect)

Our offices are running on skeleton staff and the best way to contact our team is via our contact form. Our team will respond to you as soon as possible during our operational hours as stated below.

Click & Collect orders are only available to collect once you receive an EMAIL notification (or under My Account > My Orders) stating that your goods are ready for collection. You may then arrange to collect your order during our operational times as stated below.

Mondays to Fridays (10am and 5pm)
We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.

Dear Loyal Customers,

In light of recent events surrounding the Coronavirus, we wanted to share with you where we stand and how we are currently operating. At present, GolfOnline is open for business ONLY via our website. We are committed to serving you as normal whilst it's possible and safe to do so. We are constantly updating ourselves on the government’s advice and guidance and if the company’s situation changes, you will be the first to know.

We are no longer operating in our offices and therefore our phone lines may not be possible to answer. However we are always available via email or through our contact form. We will do our level best to assist and answer all as soon as possible. Understandably in these circumstances there are likely to be delivery delays as many suppliers and courier agents are also being affected. We thank you in advance for your kind patience and understanding during this challenging time.

We would also like you to know that we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff during this time. The GolfOnline Team is dedicated to serving you and will continue to do so as long as it’s possible.

Our website and warehouse are operating as normal. As always, our teams are handling the picking and packing of your goods with the utmost care and attention, while continuing to work in accordance with strict health and safety guidelines. At the present time, all of our courier services are running as normal, so online orders should not be affected. If this changes in the future, or we begin to experience any delays, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Please be aware that Manufacturer/Suppliers facilities are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic therefore lead time delays are to be expected for the items which are not in stock and custom or logo products. During this current time, we are unable to confirm the lead times on all custom orders until facilities reopen following government guidelines.


We are seeing a huge surge in orders recently due to golf courses opening. For this reason we are left with no choice but to adjust the shipping rates and times. This means that all our FREE delivery shipping options can take between 3-7 working days to arrive. If your order is urgent we advise you select and pay for the Premium shipping option to avoid disappointments.

Contact-free Delivery: Also due to the Corona Virus advise all our delivery-partners' are practicing contact free delivery service and processes. In nearly all cases couriers do not require a SIGNATURE anymore - as they will simply either ring the bell and leave. If no one is at the address then the driver takes the responsibility to place the item in a secure manner, take a photo and their GPS location is also tracked. We thank you for your kind patience and understanding in accepting these delivery conditions. In some cases where the driver does not feel safe to leave the parcel at a given address due to theft or fraud - they might request a signature or will take parcel back to the depot. Please check the tracking information provided as you may be able to collect the parcel from a local depot - within a safe process.


We are extending our return cooling off period to 90 days from date of first delivery attempt. This applies to all non-customised items purchased from 1st March 2020. Please visit our returns sections for more information.

Some returns are being delayed by a maximum of 3 working days due to changes in our operational procedures and to maintain a safe environment for our team.
