Am I a member of a Golf Course?

In this question and answer session, Adam Riley asks Mark Crossfield, "Mark are you a member anywhere and do you still play monthly medals?"

Mark discusses that as he is a professional he is not able to play in amateur golf competitions. Due to being a professional and with his youtube exploits he doesn't need to be a member of any golf club as professionals are able to play at nearly any course with their PGA badge.
