Indoor Short Game Tips During Winter

Mark Crossfield tackles the problem of not being able to play or practice over the cold spell. In this video Mark gives some great practice techniques that will both improve your technique and maintain what you already have. To keep your short game sharp you can practice your chipping in the living room, picking a spot on the sofa and nipping the ball off the carpet and onto the chair. This will really help you to use the bounce on the wedge and improve your confidence when you get back out on the course.

Another great indoor winter practice tip for golf is to simply pick up a golf club as often as possible. Swing the club inside working on what your coach has recommended. The feeling of holding the club and working on the specific movements will really help engrain new movements.

What do you do to keep your golf swing in check over the winter?
