Victory Roundup: Three wins that prove 2018 golf is going to be amazing

Who knew January golf could be this exciting??? With three incredible wins across the globe yesterday we’re giving you a quick rundown of who won where and what gear the pros are turning to in 2018. Check out all the action from Abu Dhabi, California and Singapore below.

Tommy Fleetwood is continuing his rise to the top after an incredible 2017. On Sunday the Englishman was able to successfully defend his title at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, beating Ross Fisher by two shots to finish with an incredible 22-under.

Despite heavy winds and Rory McIlroy making a run for the lead, Fleetwood was able to hold his nerve on the final day to secure a final round 65. We’d say the perfect present for the golfer who turned 27 on Friday. Check out the gear Fleetwood used to start 2018 off right below:

Over on the PGA Tour Jon Rahm has just managed to make himself number two in the world with his win on Sunday at the CareerBuilder Challenge.

Rahm had to dig deep for his latest win, going head-to-head in a sudden-death playoff with American Andrew Landry after they both finished at 22-under-par on Sunday. But it was the 23-year-old Spaniard who came up on top after the fourth hole to win his second PGA Tour title, his fourth worldwide.

“One of us had to do it, and either one of us would have been a well-deserving champion,” Rahm told reporters of himself and Landry after his win. Adding, “Congrats to him, hard to explain what this means right now.”

Armed with his new arsenal of Callaway clubs, Garcia was a force to be reckoned with at the Sentosa Golf Club. We can’t wait to see what’s ahead for the golfer in 2018!
