In the office golf drill - For those slow days

Something for those of you who are stuck behind a desk and want to keep on top of your golf game.

Mark Crossfield likes to promote different ways for you to keep improving your game even when you are unable to get to the golf course or the range. In this video Mark gives a fantastic exercise to help your body rotate and hand to shaft movement through impact. Ideally all you need is a small golf club (but large will suffice) and a desk. This will really help the way you deliver the golf club creating both better hand to path and better lie angles at impact.
