Mark Crossfield compares the Taylormade M1 vs M2 Irons

Mark Crossfield looks at the new TaylorMade M1 and M2 irons and tells you everything you need to know about the difference in the two sets and who they will be best for.

Some of the key points Mark looks at in the M1: there is a lightweight neck where Taylormade have designed a fluted neck on one side of the hossle. When you put the club on the ground the M1 has a thinner top line making it look more like a ball strikers club.

M2: there is also a light weight neck but there is considerably less weight compared with the M1. The M2 has a slightly thicker top line which makes it look a little more friendly and easier to hit.

Mark particularly likes the M1 irons but strongly recommends you try both out when looking for a new set of irons.
