President Barack Obama Enjoys a Leisurely Round in Hawaii
As the pros teed off yesterday at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions, they weren’t the only ones making headlines on the greens in Hawaii.  U.S. President Barack Obama had his own leisurely round on the tropical paradise this week.  Enjoying time on the greens with the Prime Minister of New Zealand, John Key.

On Thursday the media was granted a brief look as the two leaders navigated their way around the course at a military base on the island of Oahu.  Joining Obama and Key were the President’s personal aide along with the Prime Minister’s son.

The New York Times noted this was the 158th time the President has been on the course during his time in office.  While he seems to really enjoy the sport we wonder what other golfers make of his fairly long round times.

It has been reported that 18 holes routinely takes Obama five to six hours!
