Victory Roundup - Dustin Johnson Scores 3-in-a-Row with Match Play Win
Dustin Johnson is heading into April the obvious favourite to win The Masters after securing his third consecutive victory at the World Golf Championship – Dell Technologies Match Play on Sunday.

The 32-year-old, who just so happens to also be the current world number one, is continuing to dominate the PGA Tour. Never trailing in any of his seven matches, Johnson was able to beat Jon Rahm yesterday to secure his fifth WGC title. Making him the first golfer in history to win all four World Golf Championship events. His latest victory marks his 15th PGA win and also pushes him to number one in the FedEx Cup standings.

But don’t think all the good fortune is going to Johnson’s head. He is firmly committed to continue working on his game and believes there’s even room for improvement.

“I’ve got a lot of confidence in my game,” Johnson told reporters after yesterday’s win. “It’s impossible to win every week. I know that. I’ve won my last three but I’m just going to have to keep working hard, keep working on the things that I’m working on right now.”

Adding, “Being the number one player in the world kind of drives me to work harder and to get better. There’s still a lot of room for improvement in my game. So I’m just going to keep working on it.”

Something tells us whatever he’s been doing for the past 12 months is working…
