When is a low score a low score?

Mark Crossfield and trusty sidekick Coach Lockey discuss the controversial lowest score in Open and Major History Debate. Branden Grace famously shot a 62 in The Open this summer and was given the lowest round in Major history. This caused some controversy as there have been numerous rounds where people have shot nine under par but due to the par being higher than Birkdale they shot a 63 as opposed to a 62.
