The PING G430 Fairway Wood brings cutting-edge technology to your golf game with its low-spinning, tour-style design. Featuring a 2041 Beta-Ti face, a Ti 8-1-1 body, and a high-density tungsten sole plate, this club strategically positions the centre of gravity (CG) towards the low and back sections. This innovation results in faster ball speeds combined with reduced spin, which translates into substantial distance gains on the course.
The high-strength titanium face cleverly wraps into both the crown and the sole, enhancing flexing for increased ball speed. Additionally, its variable roll radius face, known as Spinsistency, significantly improves performance across the entire face, particularly on less-than-ideal shots. The incorporation of a Carbonfly Wrap crown further lowers the CG, boosting ball speed while maximising forgiveness and delivering a satisfying sound at impact.
In every variant of the G430 fairways, PING has integrated Carbonfly Wrap to push the boundaries of distance. This innovative design positions the CG closer to the force line, optimising ball speed and resulting in higher, longer carries.
The lightweight composite crown wraps around the heel and toe areas of the skirt, achieving weight savings of 10 grams. This weight is then redistributed to effectively lower the CG and enhance ball speed. The composite material also contributes to the pleasing sound produced during swings. A tungsten backweight expands the perimeter weighting, ensuring maximum forgiveness.
Two key technologies from the previous generation have been retained, facilitating distance gains along with consistent spin across the clubface. With FaceWrap Technology, a variable-thickness, high-strength maraging steel face seamlessly wraps into the sole and crown of the stainless steel head. This enhances flexing for improved ball speed and higher launch angles for maximised distance. Additionally, the variable roll radius from Spinsistency reduces spin across the face, ensuring greater ball speed, particularly from the maraging steel face during less-than-perfect strikes.
The tour-style LST (3W/15°) is tailored for golfers with faster swing speeds. The Trajectory Tuning 2.0 feature boasts eight hosel positions that allow for adjustments in both loft (±1.5°) and lie (up to 3° flatter than standard).

NOTES
- These are design specifications that may vary due to manufacturing tolerances.
- The standard swingweight is based on the ALTA CB Black Stiff shaft.
- The lie angle is an average of the five adjustable loft positions indicated on the hosel.
- Achievable swingweights depend on shaft and grip combinations.
