Very similar performance wise to a hybrid. Launches high and long. Has been invaluable at the top of the bag.

I bought the 1 iron (16 deg loft) and this club hits a long ball with a good amount of forgiveness for such little loft. It is many years since I had a bladed 1 iron and this is a huge step forward as a ‘driving iron’. It looks and feels great at set up and definitely inspires confidence. Certainly not cheap but a great club nevertheless.

For me this is a game-changer from the perspective, I am not keen on woods (outside of driver) or hybrids as nothing gives you more control than an iron. I bought a 1 iron in this U-510 and customized it to be a true driving iron, added an extra inch in shaft length and mad it a degree stronger - 15º… Makes all the difference knowing i can achieve 240+ yards and straight with relative ease for those narrow fairways ??
