EASILOCK Compatible
The exclusive EASILOCK® system, available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, secures the bag onto the trolley without the necessity of a lower bag support strap. This innovative design features two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support which align with two removable pins on the base of the bag, ensuring golfers can secure their bag more easily and quickly than ever before.
Warranty Information
Customers who purchase this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty in their country. They will need to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs & services at their cost.
Also note that as the trolley is being sold from a UK retailer, it will come with a UK Charger lead. If you want to use the trolley in Europe, you will need the correct adapter (e.g., travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty covers purchases within the UK and Ireland only. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please retain proof of purchase as it is required.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, which includes manufacturing defects during normal use. Breakage due to accidental damage, misuse, or commercial use (as defined in the relevant manual) is not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate three-year full warranty. For this warranty to apply, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If the battery is not registered, the warranty period is limited to one year.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. In the event of an issue with your lithium battery, it will need to be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. The link will take you directly to the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we cannot collect any faulty battery. Customers will need to resolve the issue locally, and it will not be covered under warranty as per the stated restrictions.
