Warranty Information:
The manufacturer's warranty covers purchases within the UK and Ireland only. Customers who procure this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will not be eligible for warranty in their country. They will need to return the trolley back to us in the UK for repairs & services at their own expense.
The trolley Body and Frame are covered by a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any damage caused by accidental harm or as a result of abuse or misuse (as detailed in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not included. Warranty for other components is 1 year (Front wheel set, Rear wheel set, Anti-roll wheel, Charger, Remote control, Net bags, Umbrella holder, Cup holder, Phone holder, and Elastic rope hook).
Navee batteries are covered by a separate warranty of 36 months. In addition to the standard 3-year warranty, NAVEE offers an extended 5-year warranty (additional 2 years) on the battery (this excludes the charger). To qualify for the 5-year warranty, the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration Form within 45 days of purchase.
